Two months remaining detention of suspects in the murder of 18-year-old in Ferizaj

The Foundation Court in Ferizaj has continued the detention move for another two months, Dardan Krivaqis and Arber Sejdiu, suspected of killing 18-year-old M.O. Ferizaj.

The news of the “Justice Vow” has confirmed it by the Office for Information of the above-mentioned court.

According to the announcement, the Foundation Court in Ferizaj on 16 May 2022, has continued the detention measure for two months to indictees Dardan Krivaqa and Arber Sejdiu.

By contrast, Dardan Krivaqa had been arrested on August 25, 2021, after allegedly on August 22, 2021, in Ferizaj, in his residence, deliberately, cruelly for low motives, the night before had initially practiced psychic violence, then physical violence, which had continued even on the critical day until the deceased had passed away.

And Arber Sejdiu had been arrested on August 24, 2021, after allegedly being present all the time and having directly contributed to the commission of the criminal act, or death of the deceased.

The same are suspected that, after the case, the deceased had now been sent to the General Hospital in Ferizaj, with no signs of life, while themselves had fled in an unknown direction.

For this, according to the Foundation Prosecutor at Ferizaj, suspects in co-ordination have committed a criminal offence “grave murder” by Article 173 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.4 and 1.8 concerning Article 31 of the Pena Code, which the chief is sentenced to prison no less than 10 years or to life imprisonment.
