Through a media communiqué, the Court in Ferizaj has said that the R.M. suspected of criminal acts “bribing” and “impact control”.
“Foundation Court at Ferizaj .M., a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, suspected of criminal acts taking bribes in aid from Article 428 paragraph 2 related to Article 31 and 33; neni's criminal act of exercise of influence 431 paragraphs 2 concerning the 31st Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK)
According to the prosecution's request, there is suspicion that from 2016 to 2019, co-ordination with defendants Mr.G. and A.X. have helped defendant A. C., in performing criminal work “taking bribes” for issuing environmental consents and water support to “National Park Sharri” in the Brezovica weekend, with this they would conduct a co-ordination of criminal work “taking bribes” in aid from Article 428 pars. 2 related to Article 31 and 33 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code (KPRK).
