What, in fact, did Miroslav Lajcak say?

Only one question was not asked today to the EU mediator: is Kurti-Vucciq engaged, among other things, to achieve interparty consensus in Kosovo, before the Kurti-Vucciq meetings? If so, is this not the job of the prime minister, the assembly, and the government? If not, then what was the significance of his meetings with opposition leaders, considering that [...]
It says: Periscope
VIZAT: That's not a question facing the mediator in the dialogue. Not even the European Commission. Not even the European Parliament. Even the EU Council. It's individual states that finally decide: France and, in part, the Netherlands. Therefore, the visa issue is eventually removed from the technical level and moved where, really, it was always: on political issues closely related to the dynamics of the dialogue process.
TAKINGS WHEN YOU-VUCH: New, technical agreements can be reached before summer holidays, possibly before August 1st. During that time, at least one meeting of the level of state leaders and several meetings between the chief negotiator teams will be held.
T Um... PEACE: Lajcak put the question up in the agenda of the undiscovered but judged by the context, the focus on this issue is more strategic than practical. In short, the emphasis on unemployment is being placed due to the great sensitivity this issue carries, so the mediators in Brussels see its prioritisation as a way to encourage Kosovars to be more active in Dialog.
ENTERGY'S SERVING: For Lajcak, this is an excellent agreement and its implementation will improve the overall economic and political situation in Kosovo and the region. According to him, more such agreements and implementation are needed as soon as possible.
ASOCIATION/ZAJEDNICA: What the foolish should be applied to Lajcak commemorated an ancient phrase from Roman rights. According to him, association is a commitment of Kosovo and Brussels and, especially Belgrade expects it to be implemented. This, in terms of continuous dilemmas, whether the Kurti government should or should not accept the Association of Serb Major Communities.
DO YOU ENJOY? This time again Lajcak avoided direct response if the EU wants to ask for the dialogue to be crowned with recognition of Kosovo from Serbia. According to him, it belongs to the parties -- whatever the parties will be respected and supported by all, including Brussels. In other words, Lajcak said the EU is not led by any preliminary projections about the contents of the comprehensive Agreement. This suggests that the final agreement may not necessarily contain the recognition of Kosovo by Serbia ʹ and that the issue depends largely on the ability of the negotiating parties to realise their goals in Dialog.
