Maliqi: Conditionation and discipline instruments, process related to our behavior in dialogue

Analyst Agon Maliqi, says that the injustice being done to Kosovo in terms of visas is of epic proportions.

He says it's clear that this process is closely linked to our behavior in dialogue”.

He writes:

Kosovo's “Report with the EU unfortunately is such that we should be exemplary students to get a passing grade.
