However, prior to the publication of these concerts, France's President Emmanuel Macron, whose country until the end of this month holds the rotating EU presidency, Ursula von der Leyeen, president of the European Commission and Charles Michel, president of the European Council, held a press conference.

Such an act has caused Albania to be penalised because it is placed in packages with this state, RTKlive reports.
