So stated EU Special Representative for the Western Balkans Miroslav Lajcak in an interview given the Montenegrin news agency MINA.
He has stressed that French President Emmanuel Macron's statement that countries, which are not members of the EU, should join within the new political organisation, have nothing to do with Montenegro.

“Macron has issued principled statements, and for that he would have to be declared at the European Summit in Brussels, but, from what he has clearly said, this is not the option of enlargement” has stressed Lajcak.
