The European Union's special representative for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, is standing north of Mitrovica.
He is currently at a meeting with Minister for Communities and Kthim, Goran Rakic and the heads of four northern municipalities.
The meeting is being held inside closed doors for the media.
Unofficially it is taught that the purpose of his visit to the north is to implement the energy agreement.
It is learned that after that, Lajcak will visit Vallaqi and the Brnjak and Jarinje border points.
