At this event, Kurti said that Kosovo relations -- Germany -- are motivated not only by economic interest, but also by solid cultural ties and family stories.
The head of the government now said that German Development Co-operation not only represents the interests of the German government in Kosovo, but also the desire of over 400,000 members of the Kosovo exile in Germany to view the country as an integral part of the European community.
“Prime Minister Kurti stressed that we have achieved much as a society thanks to our German partners and that there is much to be expected for development and co-operation”.
“Stressing positive economic indicators, the prime minister said we are seeing more and more people paying their taxes and contributing to a stronger, just and equal society”.

In turn, Kurti said Germany and Kosovo join the same goals and ideal for a free, prosperous and peaceful Europe, while saying happy that Kosovo has GIZ partners and kfW to help it achieve goals.
