For a long time, the leaders in Pristina and Tirana have been behaving towards each other as bad neighbours.
The prime minister's office announced on Sunday the agenda.
Waiting and gathering will be held at a hotel in the capital. The Albanian Government delegation is expected to arrive there at 10:45, and at 11: 00 p.m., the reception of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama from Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti is scheduled.
The plenary session of the two governments' collection is scheduled to begin at 11:15 and will be broadcast live.
Later, a conference to tear up Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and his Albanian counterpart, Edi Rama, is scheduled.
The cold relations of leaders do not rule out the various agreements that are signed each time when joint meetings are organised.
The last such meeting was held in late November last year in Elbasan. There were 13 agreements signed.
