Party of Democratic Action Chairman Shaip Kamberi has announced that today's first elections in Ternoc have not been held. He has blamed Ivica Dacic's commissioners for obstacles, which he said would not allow.
Former MPs in Serbia's Parliament need a total of 610 votes to get the series mandate, for which last time he has failed to secure seats for 12 votes.
Meanwhile, this is the fourth time elections in Trnoc have been envisioned since the Administrative Court ruled in favour of the Coalition of Valley Albanians' complaint.
