Analyst Imer Mushkolaj, making the lawyer, has said that the Ministry of Education is trying to monopolise the right of publication by damaging publishing houses and citizenship the reactors.
According to him, on the part of the Ministry of Education through the sector supposed to be established, there will only be damage and statehood of the right to publish.

According to him, publishing houses are being eliminated as copyright owners, and all segments of textbooks are being taken.

This year, however, the Ministry of Education has issued a new bill, which says that textbooks can apply anyone who is interested.
