AAK re-elected Chairman Ramush Haradinaj says there was a meeting with US Ambassador to Kosovo Jeff Hovenier today.
“Today at a meeting with US Ambassador Havenier, we discussed recent developments in the country, with special emphasis on the need for normalisation of Kosovo-Serbia relations”, said in a post on Haradinaj's official Facebook page.
“The friendship between our two countries is eternal”, Haradinaj says after the meeting.
Haradinaj, who has just been re-elected chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, as opposition deputy today was involved in the clashes he had in the Assembly.
He was defending the protest led by KLA war veterans' organisations, who sought to reject the minimum wage bill, where the government had not included them.
