European Council spokesman Barend Leyts has published the conclusions of this institution for the Western Balkans at the EU Summit held today. It mentions Kosovo, but not visa removal. It cites the urgent need for progress in the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, and no more on this issue. By contrast, France and the Netherlands [...]

European Council spokesman Barend Leyts has published the conclusions of this institution for the Western Balkans at the EU Summit held today.

It mentions Kosovo, but not visa removal.

It cites the urgent need for progress in the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, and no more on this issue.

Otherwise, France and the Netherlands are continuing to be the two bloc states for visa liberalisation.
