Based on agreement signed on 21 June in Brussels, the Energy Regulatory Office ( ZRERE), will license a company named “Electricity” to collect northern Serbs' electricity bills.

The agreement, in addition to Pristina and Belgrade, has also been welcomed by Tirana and Brussels.
