According to him, “primarily benefits the Serbian people”, the Serbian news agency Tanjug broadcasts.

Based on agreement signed on 21 June in Brussels, the Energy Regulatory Office ( ZRERE), will license a company named “Electricity” to collect northern Serbs' electricity bills.

Energy in the north of Kosovo has been a constant problem, as post-war governments have been criticised for paying the current for Serbs in the north.

The agreement, in addition to Pristina and Belgrade, has also been welcomed by Tirana and Brussels.
