It's a matter of rule of law for us. In a democracy, when the Constitution makes decisions, expectations are for the decision to be implemented. It has to be implemented, and this has been part of the conversation with the government. This is disappointing for us. We made it clear. It affects the way it is viewed by someone how ready Kosovo is to complete all elements of rule of law, so it is important for this government to happen. But it's not something that basically changes our partnership. EP RISCOP/
