The September 11, 2019 debate between Molyqaj and Abbas had developed with tensions and insults, which had influenced them to end up in physical clashes after the debate.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, on February 14th 2020, for criminal work “assault” has charged Dardan Moliqaj and his associate, Fatos Sahiti.
The news had confirmed the Basic Prosecutor's spokeswoman in Pristina, Laureta Ulaj.
