Balkan Affairs Editor Janusz Bugajski has reacted after news of the annulment of Russian diplomacy chief Sergei Lavrov's visit to Belgrade.
Bugajski through a Twitter post, said the Kremlin views the Open Balkans “” as a useful tool for the collapse and division of Europe.
The pro-Western government must abandon the scheme and not follow the Moscow-Belgrade agenda”, Bugajski has gone.
Sergei Lavrov was in advance today on arrival in Serbia, but that was impossible after Bulgaria, Romania, Northern Macedonia and Montenegro prevented his plane from flying over their airspace.
