EU High Representative Joseph Borrell stressed that holding Serbian elections in Kosovo had not agreed under EU-brokered dialogue, but reminded that there was a practice so far that enabled voting in Kosovo, with O's support The SBE and the EU.
Borrell said this has been the most feasible option for the April 3rd 2022 elections, saying that the EU actively supported the international community's co-ordinated efforts to find a solution that would enable voters rightfully to exercise their democratic right and participate in the parliamentary and presidential elections in Serbia on April 3rd and expresses regret that no consensus has been reached, writes Serbian medium N1, Report Express.
