He, at a media conference prior to the start of today's summit in Brussels, has declared that by the end of June there will likely be a meeting between Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.
“I have heard good news, we have reached an agreement on dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia to put the energy side of the problem into practice, which is an important step to move forward. We'll continue to work on dialogue, maybe by the end of the month we'll have a high-level meeting at another step”, Borrell said.
Borrell has declared that the European Union must work to integrate the people of the Western Balkans as quickly as possible, ” We are not where we should be with the Western Balkans”, he has been posting.
