The Russian missile attack at a shopping mall in Ukraine today is the last in a series of atrocities in the country and the world is terrified, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said.
In a Twitter statement, Blinken wrote: “We will continue to support our Ukrainian partners and seek accounts from Russia, including those responsible for atrocities. ”
Ukrainian officials have said that many civilians allegedly died or were injured after today's attack.
