Balkans Open Albania, Northern Macedonia, Serbia Sign New Agreements

The three countries participating in the Open Balkans Initiative have signed agreements reached on the second day of this summit in Ohrid. They have signed four co-operation agreements: for fighting tax evasion, for recognition of higher education diplomas, for cultural co-operation and for co-operation in the area of tourism.
Initially, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, Northern Macedonia Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski, as well as Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq signed the country's leaders.
Depending on the nature of agreements and memorandums, the respective ministers of these countries placed their signatures on new agreements.
