The National Audit Office has noted that, despite the efforts made by ATK, the full fiscalisation of all businesses remains a challenge.
The number of businesses that have not yet been taxed and that under the legislation in force is required to be equipped with fiscal crates at the end of 2021 was 13,656 taxpayers. Much of it is 9,794 businesses, or about 72% make up micro businesses with annual circulation of up to 5,000 euros”, said the ZKA report on ATK.

Uneffective old debt management
ATK for 2021 in the work plan has determined to register debts worth 146,561,209 euros. Also, the initiative's initiative to clear the debt stock of all non-revocational debts is envisioned in the work plan.
ZKA has found that, ATK has not shown efficiency in collecting old debts or in taking any initiative to clear the debt stock of all ungathering debts.
This issue remains a challenge for the future as its value at the end of 2021 increased to 96,140,956, compared to its value in 2020, which was 78,206,361$”, the report said.
Even so, ZKA stressed that, during 2021, as a result of increased economic activity in the country The ATK had collected outstanding debts worth 134,813,165 euros, which compared to 2020, where 97,563,764 euros had significant progress.
