Defenders G.B., B.Z., in co-ordination with defendant E.O., who is on the run after the deliberate agreement and knowledge of the intention of illegal profiting itself or the other person with false presentation of facts has deceived the N.T., H.G., L.M., D.K., A. St.
The defendants in co-ordination have committed criminal acts of fraud and attempted fraud.
“In secret, defendant A.I., deliberately and knowingly helped indictees E.O., who is on the run and indictees G.B. and B.Z., in carrying out the criminal offence, making available the means for carrying out the criminal work. With these actions, the high-ranking defendant has committed a criminal offence in assisting him from Article 323 paragraph 4 over paragraph 1 related to Article 33 paragraph 2 concerning KPRK paragraph 1” said in the statement.
