The government of the Republic of Kosovo today held a regular meeting, 84th in a row.
The first decision approved at today's meeting is the decision to change and fulfill the 2022 Legal Programme, which adds: Bill on Changing and Fulfilling Law No. 06/L -046 for the Education Inspectorate in the Republic of Kosovo, the Energy Performance Bill in the Building, the Space Planning Bill, and the Health Inspection Bill.
The cabinet's approval has received the Bill for Ratification of the treaty on bilateral legal assistance in criminal cases between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Swiss Confederacy.
The regulation for co-ordination between the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo for the Humanitarian Deminim has also been adopted.
The government has also approved the decision under which the Kosovo Statistics Agency from the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers is carried to the Office of the Prime Minister.
The change and fulfillment of the Government's decision on nominating representatives of the Republic of Kosovo's Republic of Kosovo at the Consultative Council for Communities was also adopted.
With primary aim, consumer protection and competition protection, after the review the Administrative Guide has been approved to regulate prices of oil products and renewable fuels and other safeguard clauses.
With the proposal of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, the decision to propose the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament has been ratified by international member at the State Quality Council of the Kosovar Agency of Discension.
The government has allocated twenty thousand seven hundred twenty-one euros (20,721.00) for meeting the annual contribution of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo Government for 2022 to the Regional Centre for Migration, Asylum and headquarters Refugees in Skopje.
With the aim of functionalising the Commission for Foreign Access, the change and fulfillment of the Government's decision to appoint members of this Commission was adopted.
The government has re-regarded threem euros in the Ministry of Local Power Management for the realisation of twenty-five (25) capital projects in line with consensus agreements signed by MAPL Minister mayors and donors.
The government's approval has also taken place, as has the decision to draft the Kosovo Space Plan and Space Plan for National Park “Sharri”, according to the Environment Ministry's proposal, Space Planning and Infrastructure.
The preliminary decision on expropriation for public interest in real estate, which lies within the Gjakova Airport location, has received the government's approval at today's meeting. These drillings are meant for the development of infrastructure projects of the Ministry of Defense.
Today's meeting has also been adopted by the National Strategy Against Trafficking in Kosovo 2022-2026 and Action Plan 2022-2024.
In the course of adopting strategic documents from the government, the Strategy Action Plan for Development 2022-2030 has also been adopted.
Four initiatives for negotiating international agreements were approved, with the proposal of the Prime Minister's Office:
-The initiative for connecting the bilateral Development Co-operation Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and Luxembourg's Great Duke;
- Luxembourg's Grand Duke for implementation of bilateral agreement on development co-operation;
- Initiative for Amendment 2. of financial agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union for the IPA 2015 Programme;
- Initiative for Amendment 2. of the financial agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union for the IPA 2018 Programme.
As part of reforming the criminal, civil and administrative justice system, the document's concept for the establishment of the Confiscating Fund was adopted. Building the document concept is aimed at combating organised crime and corruption, using confiscated assets for social reuse for compensation to crime victims, and building professional capacities in the area of confiscation.
At today's meeting, the Ministry of Management of Local Power informed the Government Cabinet of capital investments worth a (1)m euros, in the “project support for infrastructure projects for communities in the municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo”.
With the Justice Minister's proposal, the decision was approved for the provision of assets seized for the needs of central or local institutions.
The abolition of the decision to appoint the Health Insurance Fund Board was adopted.
