22-year prison sentence accused of murder of minor in Pristina

The trial in question was proclaimed this Tuesday by the head of the court, Judge Hope-Heysen, reports “Justice Vought”.

Ibrahim is charged that on March 12, 2020, he was deprived of life of the minor, now the deceased L.B., and on that occasion he deliberately threatened the lives of the injured R.G. and B.S.

For the same criminal offence, accused Paradee Ibrahim was sentenced to 3 years in prison, in which sentence would be counted as the time spent in detention, while for illegal weapons he was sentenced to a thousand euros in fines.

Indictee Lirim Begolli for the criminal act of providing aid to perpetrators after committing a criminal offence was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison, and his time spent in custody will be counted in the pronounced sentence.

To this decision, Judge Haysa-Hysen said the court has taken all the difficult and extenuating circumstances on its basis.

Charged Edward Ibrahim is forced to pay 200 euros on behalf of the judicial pasalon.

While accused Ibrahimi, Matosti and Begolli for the judicial wig will pay the amount of 100 euros.

In addition, all accused of compensating the crime victims' compensation fund will each pay only 50 euros.

Judge Hasa-Hessen stressed that the weapons found will be confiscated.

For realising the property requirement, the damaged side has been instructed in civil disputes.

Disgruntled parties to this 15-day decision have a right to complaint.

According to the indictment, founded on November 18, 2020, Edward Ibrahimi is charged with the purpose of deliberately endangering the lives of the injured R.G. and B.S.

As stated in the indictment, the defendant Abraham had dealt with the late man L several days earlier.
