At least 18 dead in India's northern state after the bus falls to the cliff

Another police official at state headquarters has said the accident occurred near Damta in the Uttarkashi district.
“Autobus was on his way to Yamunotri with 29 passengers aboard from the Panna district in Grandya Pradesh”, the official said.
Interior Minister Amit Shah said he had spoken with the state prime minister of the incident and said rescue operations were under way and the wounded were taken to the nearest hospital.
