Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has indicated that at the meeting with Germany's Chancellor, Olaf Scholz, have spoken about the war in Ukraine and the prospect of the Western Balkans.
“Scholz reiterated several times that he is convinced of the future of the entire Western Balkans”.
Among other things, he has said that as a matter before the German Chancellor, he has raised the regional relations facing Belgrade as a problem, but that he has promised Serbia will not cause trouble.
Serbia will not be the cause of problems, and in that sense, the Western Balkans will be stable and peaceful”, Vuciq has added.
“In dialogue with Pristina, it will not be easy, but we will give the best. It doesn't just remain in our desires”.
He has later named Germany as Serbia's leading economic partner.
