She said the time has come for an energy strategy that would open the door to renewable energy.
Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi stressed that by the end of 2022 the energy strategy, which, he said, envisions defuelling energy and creating the potential for renewable energy.
At the “conference for sustainable development in Kosovo”, which is being held in Pristina, Bislimi said the government has adopted bills belonging to environmental protection.
MP Eliza Hoxha said that as an MP, she has no knowledge of the energy plan and strategy.
At the conference, the rapporteur for Kosovo in the European Parliament, Violet von Cromon, also said that Kosovo has scarce water resources, for which it has asked Kosovo authorities for better management of these sources.
