The Independent Qualification Commission decided to ban the appointment of former Shkodra prosecutor Esmeralda Ndoci for a period of 15 years. The KKP decided on the dismissal of Elbasan Judge Enkeleda Kapedani's post. The decision was handed down by the ruling KKP juridatory panel Genta Taga Bungo.
Judge Kapadani became known and with cyphical videos on the Tik Tok social network, showing images of non-ethical language music for the magistrate's image.
The judge was praised on three criteria in that of wealth, integrity and professional side.
