The case occurred on the way “Ekrem Dili”, when the suspect's son had returned home with his wife and children and, for a moment, his father had begun arguing that “why he was disturbing my sleep by making a noise”, with what conditions he had recorded in physical conflict.
The 34-year-old son who suffered injuries as a result of the father's attack has received medical treatment, while the two parties involved have been interviewed at the police station.
During the interview of the victim's father, the same man has given his version before police investigators and has indicated that his son has attacked him, following their disagreement with each other.
At the order of the State Attorney, the 64-year-old has initiated the case as “domestic violence”.
