Ukrainian Intelligence Chief: There are two scenarios for ending the war with Russia

The head of the Ukraine's Defence Information Service, Kirilo Budanov, says there are two possible scenarios that could end the war with Russia, the breakup of the Russian Federation, or a change in its leadership. Budanov stresses that the first scenario implies the breakup of Russia in three or more parts. The second option is to preserve the Russian Federation's relative territorial integrity with a change in leadership of the country.
If the second scenario comes, the new leader will have to declare that Russia has no connection with the war and that it is designed by a sick “dicator”. Russia will then withdraw from all territories once occupied by the Japanese islands in Germany's Königsberg, the head of the Ukrainian intelligent service said.
He also stresses that most of the Russian military-political leadership is aware of these possible options, and for this reason they are trying to establish a dialogue with the West.
Russian President Vladimir Putin already called it a war criminal and is seen before the world as such.
“This is the end of it, it's in deadlock”, he said Budanov.
