The Ukraine Parliament has voted to end a double taxation agreement with Russia, which had been in force since 1995.
Under the deal Russian residents operating in Ukraine were exempt from paying Kiev taxes and could only be taxed by their country, I reported.
Ukraine's Finance Ministry said that now “all revenues of residents of the Russian Federation received from sources in Ukraine would undergo a general tax rate of 15% defined by Ukraine's Tax Code”, instead of preferential rates defined by the double taxation agreement.
The ministry also said Ukrainian residents operating in Russia would no longer be able to pay Moscow's taxes. /abcnews.al/
