Genc Nimoni, adviser to Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, has stated Ejupi-Hajzeraj has been dismissed from office due to overstepping its competencies and also for incorrect reporting.
It has run this division for two years and since next week it will leave its position.
The establishment of this Division was due to obligations appearing for the Ministry of Justice from Article 7 of the Law on Jury Protection and Financial Support of Individuals Charged in court processes near Specialised Chambers, aimed at providing legal protection and financial support to potential persons in related trials and procedures, for alleged crimes near Special Chambers.
