The news reports say that the new indictment against Thaci, Veselin, Selimi Krasniqi, is expected to be burdened with new charges referring to crimes allegedly committed in Suhareka villages and in Gjilan.

The detainees, who were held for various periods of time, were physically banned and kept in closed rooms and under the supervision of armed guards.

Immediately after the ban on Budakova, at least one of the detainees was transferred to Semetishh and was held there until about 7: 00 p.m. until August 20, 1998. Many KLA members, including members of the 123 Brigade, were involved in the Posttric Operations Zone...”, reportedly in the indictment.

Otherwise, the indictment against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi has been confirmed on October 26, 2020.

According to the indictment, at least between March 1998 and September 1999, Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi, Jakup Krasniqi and other members of the joint criminal enterprise had the common goal of securing and exercising control over all of Kosovo through methods involving intimidation, mistreatment, violence and illegal elimination of those considered opponents

Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office have been founded through a decision by the Kosovo Assembly in August 2015, and the mission has investigated the alleged crimes of former KLA members from January 1998 to December 2000.
