The chief executive chief of the MCC in Kosovo says the QUINT has sent a strong message that is their regular request.
“The way I'm reading it, and believe me is the only way to read our key and irreplaceable allies are saying that the implementation of the 2016 court's final decision on the Decani monastery is “before the” integration into the Council of Europe, NATO, etc. A strong but timely message” wrote Selimi.
The QUINT's states with a joint statement have asked the Kosovo government to implement the Constitutional Court's decision on the land of the Decani Monastery.
In May 2016, Kosovo's Constitutional Court confirmed ownership of the Decani Monastery on several hectares of land. Despite this legal decision and subsequent requirements, the Court's decision has not yet been implemented”, said their response.
