There have been unconfirmed speculation by the media that Putin, who turns 70 this year, may be facing serious diseases, perhaps even cancer.
British intelligence sources have been quoted as telling the media that Putin has been very ill last week.
The “E leaves this to the responsibility of those who spread such rumors, regardless of the daily opportunity to assess what someone” looks like.
His interview has come as Russia continues to advance in the Ukrainian region of Donbas.
Lavrov has said that “the liberation” of the eastern region is “priories” for Russia.
He has reiterated the Russian officials' stance that their state is fighting “neo-Nazi regime” in Ukraine.
Kiev and the West view this stance as false reasoning about starting a war.
Asked about the number of civilians killed, the Russian minister has insisted that Russian soldiers “carry out orders that officially avoid the attack on civilian infrastructure”.
Since the launch of the Russian invasion in Ukraine, on February 24th, at least 4,031 civilians were killed and over 4,730 injured, the United Nations has said.
The number of warriors killed is still unknown.
More than 14 million people have fled their homes, since cities and towns have become ruins.
