Nurses and support staff who are committed to the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic will protest tomorrow for an hour before the Health Ministry's facility.
In support of this initiative, the Kosovo Nurse Union has emerged.
This union through a media report has said that, as they call it, the failure to execute wages now and almost 3 months for support staff accepted by the MSH as support in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic considers it unreasonable and negligible.
In that regard, the Kosovo Infermies Union fully supports the protest warned about tomorrow by our colleagues and considers it reasonable and legitimate”, it is said in their announcement.
The union argues that in time it has asked the institutions both through reactions or even public statements that the execution of salaries be done urgently, given the fact that any possible depends only on this salary.
The Union of Infermiers of Kosovo also says it has requested and requires that contracts of these professionals be continued, while mode is found to be turned into regular contracts, taken into account the huge lack and overload of nurses' staff. /Periscopi/
