Democratic Party of Kosovo Vice President Vlora Citaku says it is unprecedented for a prime minister to give his luxury to stay so long in the US.
Viewing such a visit as inefficient, it also ironifies with Prime Minister Kurti, as he said his consent to the American state.
Prime Minister Kurti's “Visit to the United States with very few exceptions has been pale, and more has occurred a study visit than a prime minister's official visit. It is unprecedented that a incumbent prime minister gives himself the luxury of staying in the United States a long time to explore and realise, is quoting LVV deputy, his dreams. On the other hand, Arber Fetah, of the Group for Juridical and Political Studies, says of KosovaPress, that the visits of institutional leaders to the US are welcome, but concrete results are needed.
The “always when there are high-level visits even in countries that are of particular importance to the international system should be addressed with some kind of positiveity and are important to Kosovo's foreign policy. Since even the lack of visits and ties of bilateral agreements, or multi-lateral agreements, has caused a deadlock in Kosovo's foreign policy. Therefore, we need to see that these initiatives, meetings and visits that have been made, not a few of the leading leaders of the state will have any effect in practice with any results such as some achievement of economic, cultural, political, or empowering Kosovo's position in the International Arena”, Fetah points out.
Even AAK chairman Ramsush Haradinaj days ago called Kurti's visit inefficient.
Regarding the efficiency of Prime Minister Albin Kurti's visit to the US, Kosova Prees has asked Kosovo Government, but the same have not returned.
Since receiving the mandate as prime minister, it is Kurt's first official visit to the US.
