About 99,000 children and young people, who have been at the pre-Russian occupation centre in Ukraine, need special attention, he has added.
Many of these children are in orphanages and centres for children with special needs, until about 35,000 have returned to their families after the start of the war, but still need support.
According to him, 56 mobile teams are traveling within the state to provide care for children and their families who have experienced trauma, including sexual violence.
