The indictment against the same was proclaimed Wednesday by Judge Adnan Kamberi, reports “The Justice Act”.
According to the indictment, the accused (each separate and single) was sentenced to six months in prison on bail, which the sentence will not be executed unless the same commits any other criminal acts within a 1 year period.
Charged Miradije Meha was sentenced to a thousand-euro fine, while accused Murat Meha was sentenced to 800 euros in fine.
Against this bias, the right to complaint in the 15-day term is allowed from the day of admission of the same writing.
According to the indictment filed in May 2018 by the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina, Miradije and Murat Meha were charged with exact non-reporting of property.
The prosecution claims that between 1 and 31 March 2013 and 2014, defendant Miradije Meha in the quality of the top public official, director of the Department of Administration and Support (DAP) at the Central Election Commission (KQZ), even though she was obliged to make the declaration of property, the same has not accurately presented the required data on forms related to the 450 m2 m2th surface in the Cadastra Llapellale Zone, which is on its behalf of both the Tirana and the residence purchased in 2012 by 90m, with the name of her husband in the 1990m m.
While, according to the second device of this indictment, defendant Murat Meha said that from March 1st to March 31, 2013 and 2014, in the quality of the top public official, chief executive of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency (AKK), even though he was obliged to make the declaration of property, the same one did not accurately submit the required data in the form for the declaration of property and pacifistity on the surface of 450 m2 Zona Cardastrale Llapellale, recorded in the name of his wife Meajdi.
