Molyqaj visits OVL leaders: Specialist politically motivated to condemn KLA war

So Molyqaj has announced, through a Facebook post, adding that the Special Court is politically motivated to condemn the KLA's liberation war.

He has added that the Special is violating the fundamental rights and human freedoms, which, as Moliqaj said, with a political, unfair and ill-treated process to discipline Hysni Gucatin and Nasim Haradinaj, feared others.

“Today, along with a PSD delegation, we visited KLA OVL leaders. The Special Court is politically motivated to condemn the KLA's liberation war. It is violating basic human rights and freedoms and avoiding it gives equal access to all parties in documentation, namely equality between the parties, to achieve its ultimate goal. With such a political, unjust and abusive process, which in its first verdict decided to discipline Hysni Gucati of Nasim Haradinaj to intimidate others, there can be no justice. The Special Court should be held responsible for this”, Moliqaj has said.
