But so far, a long-awaited statement of the general war against Ukraine has failed to materialise, writes The Sun.

The air show involving his Doomsday nuclear plane was unexpectedly canceled at the last minute in Moscow due to bad weather.

But there has been speculation that it was for security reasons and fear of aircraft attacks.
