The Kosovo Electric Energy Regulatory Office has been declared after the latest ruling by the Court of Appeals over the rejection of the ZRRE complaint, where the Constitutional Court ruling has been confirmed.
At an extraordinary meeting held Friday, Z. THE RRE made a decision to implement the court's decision, postponing the execution of the decision on retail electricity tariffs.
“Z The RRE, on May 18th 2022, by the Court of Appeals, has acknowledged the ruling, with which the Court has rejected the ZERE complaint and confirmed the Constitutional Court's decision to postpone the execution of the decision on the Z-admitting electricity tariffs approved by Z. THREE, until the court decides with the court's final verdict, regarding the indictment of the indictment. The ZERE Board, at an extraordinary meeting on Friday, May 20, 2022, made a decision to implement the Court's decision, postponing the execution of the decision on electricity shortages. It was also said that following the decision's accession, the Energy Universal Service Supplier (FSHU) has asked for instructions from the ZERE regarding the manner of implementing the ZERE decision, which is derived from the Appeal Court Act.

From ZERE through a media report, they have stressed that since the rulings do not contain clarifications on how to implement them, creating major uncertainty of implementation, Mr. The RRE has been addressed to competent courts for guidelines on how to implement the Act to postpone the execution of the decision on retail electricity.
