Latif for party gatherings in diaspora: Guess, soon the entire electorate will be there.

Political philosophy professor at Pristina University Blerim Latifi has written about the commitment of political parties to consolidate branches and mobilise electorates in the diaspora.

For this new commitment, especially for the PDK's LDK, Latif ironically has said it is “mentally working”, because soon the entire Kosovo electorate will be located in the diaspora.

Latifi has allied on the mass and constant migration of Kosovars towards exile.
