Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has visited the Islamic Community of Kosovo today on the occasion of the Fiter Bajram holiday, where he was hosted by Mufti Naim Ternava.
Kurt said it's a pleasure to meet mufti Ternava two years after facing the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Urime Fiter Bajrami all believers. It was a pleasure to meet my mufti after two years because of the pandemic that made visiting previous festivals impossible. With the best prayers to be accepted in fasting, I wish there would be peace, joy, and happiness for all people”, Kurti said.
He thanks BIK and Mufti Ternava for the contribution made to Kosovo's independence and statehood.
“I thank BIK mufti Ternava for their contribution and role in society, state and nation, as well as the independence and development of Kosovo statehood”, Kurti said.
