Kurti: We have increased defence budget, Serbia to think twice before taking any action

Kurti has said that as far as NATO membership is concerned, she does not believe Serbia should enter into this issue because Serbia opposes NATO doesn't want to join, Periscope follows.

On the other hand, we are an independent sovereign and democratic country, but our relationship with Serbia is not normal.
