COMM SOVA POLICE FOR AVICE IN THE EVROPAL CLELLLL
At today's Government meeting, we approved the initiative for membership of our Republic in this important international organisation, while shortly thereafter we submitted the application for membership.
Kosovo is the most democratic country in the Western Balkans, where human rights and freedoms are guaranteed with the Constitution and law. Freedom of expression and media are increasingly marking improvement. Fighting corruption is negligible. Reform in law rule priority.
Membership in the Council of Europe is the added value for the Council and the opportunity for Kosovo to advance even more in the area of human rights, democracy and rule of law.
