Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver a speech on May 9th and will oversee a military parade in Moscow's Red Square, as is usually the case for Victory Day.
The largest public festival in Russia, Victory Day, is held each year on May 9th. World War II cost more than 20 million lives to the Soviets.
