Hoti has posted a photo of former President Ibrahim Rugova, who along with Bujar Bukoshi had been present at the return ceremony of the remains of the former prominent Albanian publicist.
“President Rugova and Prime Minister Bukoshi at the Fik Konica's bone return ceremony in Albania” wrote Hoti in his post.
Kurt visited Boston where Faik Konica was buried and Fan Noley's grave. There he was along with several activists of the Albanian movement “Vatra”
