Hoti, through a Facebook post, said it is now important that relevant institutions create legal clarity on how citizens should be compensated.
Now it is important that relevant institutions create judicial clarity on how citizens will be compensated for increased payments to energy bills. Z The RRE has to make the necessary decisions on how citizens will be compensated, Hoti wrote.
He then said that if the proposals we have given him were respected, this would not come about.

If our timely proposals were respected, we would not have put ourselves into this situation. For the costs imposed on thousands of families, there must be political responsibilities.
